卡托普利合黄芪注射液治疗高血压病的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the efficacy of captopril combined with Huangqi injection in the treatment of hypertension

目的 观察卡托普利合黄芪注射液治疗高血压病的临床疗效。方法 将6 4例高血压病患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例给予卡托普利片和黄芪注射液治疗,对照组采用单纯卡托普利片治疗,2组均15日为1个疗程,观察血压下降幅度及2 4h动态血压变化及血压谷峰比值(T P)。结果 2组治疗后血压下降幅度、总有效率比较无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组显效率优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,2 4h动态血压波动小于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ) ,T P明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 卡托普利片合黄芪注射液治疗高血压病疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect o f captopril combined with Huangqi injection in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 64 patie nts with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.32 patients in treat ment group were treated by captopril combined with Huangqi injection;the other 3 2 patients in control group were treated only by captopril,with a treatment cour se of 15 days for both groups.The decreasing degree of blood pressure,24h dynami c blood pressure change and the ratio of blood pressure (T/P) were observed for both groups.Results There were no significant differences in th e decreasing degree of blood pressure and total effective rate between two group s (P>0.05);the effective rate in treatment group was superior to that of con trol group (P<0.05);24h dynamic blood pressure change in treatment group was lighter than that of control group (P<0.05),T/P in treatment group was supe rior to that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Captopril combined with Huangqi injection is effective in treating hypertension.
