血府逐瘀汤治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on coronary heart disease angina pectoris

目的 观察血府逐瘀汤治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 6 0例心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分成2组。对照组30例采用内科常规治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀汤治疗。2组均2 8日为1个疗程,观察治疗后临床症状、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间和程度、硝酸甘油用量、心肌耗氧量和血液流变学指标变化。结果 治疗组治愈率6 0 .0 % ,总有效率83.3% ,对照组分别为33.3%、6 0 .0 % ,2组比较均有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组治疗后心绞痛的发作次数、持续时间、硝酸甘油用量、心肌耗氧量及血液流变学指标均有明显改善(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 血府逐瘀汤治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛疗效确切。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect o f Xuefuzhuyu decoction on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly di vided into 2 groups: 30 patients in control group were treated with routine ther apy;the other 30 patients in treatment group, on the basis of control group, we re given Xufuzhuyu decoction, with a treatment course of 28 days for both groups .The clinical symptoms, onset frequency, persistence time and degree of angina pectoris, dosage of nitroglycerin, oxygen consumption of myocardium and the para meters of hemorrheology were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment gro up were 60.0% and 83.3% respectively, which were 33.3% and 60.0% in control grou p, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).The clini cal symptoms, onset frequency, persistence time and degree of angina pectoris, d osage of nitroglycerin, oxygen consumption of myocardium and the parameters of h emorrheology in treatment group were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05).Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu decoction has a definite therape utic effect on coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
