摘要
利用柠檬酸sol-gel法合成了六方晶系M型钡铁氧体,采用XRD、原子力显微镜对其晶型、粒径分布及显微结构进行了研究,利用网络分析仪对铁氧体的微波性能进行了分析,并分析了其改性思路.结果表明:实验制得粉体为纯净的M型钡铁氧体,其粒度在50nm左右,并且在4.5~5.5GHz范围内,具有良好的吸波性能.
Nano M-type barium hexaferrite was prepared by citrate sol-gel method. Studied was also the crystal form, the grain size distribution, microstructure and microwave properties of the product by XRD, atomic force microscope (AFM) and network analyzer. And analyzed was the method of modification. Obtained results show that the powder is pure M-type barium ferrite, its garain size is about 50 nm and has good absorption ability between 4.5~5.5 GHz.
