摘要
详细地介绍了植酸(盐)生化生理特性,综述了国内外植酸酶研究的概况及植酸酶添加到饲料中的主要功能,也指出了当前研究植酸酶的攻关方向。
The physicochemical property and the role of phytic acid ( phytate ) and the variety and main function of phytase in feedstuff were studied in this paper. The current research status and application both at home and abroad of phytase and main function of phytase in feedstuff was also stated. In the end, the next study aspect is pointed.
