微波场协同提取虎杖色素的研究

摘要 对微波提取虎杖色素的工艺进行了研究。结果表明:原料为2.0000g的虎杖干粉,提取剂为75%的乙醇,提取剂用量为1:60(g:mL),微波功率为464W,提取时间为300s,提取次数为2次。与溶剂提取法和索氏提取法相比,微波提取虎杖色素的每次提取时间分别由24h和2h减小为300s,提取率分别从91.0%和73.5%增加到97.2%。 A new method of microwave extraction was used to extract the pigment from Polygonum Cusdidotum Steb.et Zucc. The extraction processes were investigated and the optimal conditions were determined as follows: raw material 2.0000 g dry powder, the extraction agent 75% (v/v) alcohol solution, the ratio of raw material to extraction agent 1:60 (g:ml), the microwave power 464 W, and the extraction time 300 s for two times. Compared with the solvent or soxhlet extraction, microwave extraction reduced the extraction time from 24 h or 2 h to 300 s and increased extraction rate from 91.0% or 73.5% to 97.2%, respectively.
