摘要
酒精工业中,蒸汽喷射器对淀粉质原料进行加热糊化、液化,完全可替代传统的套管式加热器、蒸煮罐和后熟罐等大型设备。该文根据公司的实际需要及生产特点,运用流体力学的基础理论知识,从流体流动的总流伯努利方程、动量定理出发,设计出了一套适合本公司的蒸汽喷射器。并用数值模拟的方法,分析和预测了蒸气流出时的速度,从模拟计算结果上进一步验证了设计的合理性。蒸汽喷射器的使用给企业带来了可喜的经济效益和社会效益。
In alcohol industry, vapor ejector is used in the processin g of mashing and liquefying starch materials and can substitute for traditional large equipment, such as tubular heaters and mash boiler. According to the company's actual requirement and processing character, a suit of vapor ejector was designed, which are based on hydromechanical basic theory knowledge, Bernoulli equation and theory of momentum. At the same time, it successfully analysed and predicted the vapor outlet velocity using the method of numerical simulation, and proved the rationality of the design.
