在山林地形条件下组织和实施缉捕行动,有其独特的特点和要求。指挥员必须精心计划安排,灵活利用地形,合理运用战术方法,充分发挥警力的整体作战效能,才能获得缉捕行动的胜利。
Organizing and carrying out arresting under the condition of mountain forest landform possesses its unique characteristics and requirement. The commander must precisely make an arrangement and flexibly make use of the landform and the fighting strategy reasonably. To win the victory of arresting, it is necessary to make full play of the whole fighting efficiency of the police force.
