论有组织犯罪侦查中的协同作战

On Coordinating Fight in the Detection of Organized Crimes

协同作战的原则是由有组织犯罪的复杂性和侦查资源相对匮乏的现实情况决定的。在有组织犯罪侦查工作中,协同作战的表现形式有:不同地区公安机关之间的协作;侦查部门与公安机关其他部门之间的协作;公安机关与其他司法机关之间的协作;公安机关与其他职能部门之间的协作;我国公安机关与国际刑警组织及其他国家警察机构之间的协作等。

The principle of coordinating fight is determined by the complexity and the comparative deficiency of detective resource in detection. In organized crimes detection, coordinated fight takes the form of: the coordination among public security organs of different districts; the one among between detective department and the other ones of public security organ; the one between public security institution and other judicial institution; the one between public security institution and other function department; our country’s public security organ and international detective police organization as well as other countries’ police institutions.
