丁咯地尔治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床观察

An Observation of the Therapeutic Effect Buflomedil Hydrochloryde in Patients of Type 2 Diabetes with the Legs Vascular Complications

目的探讨丁咯地尔治疗2型糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法选择2型糖尿病下肢血管病变患者48例,经血管多普勒超声检查及踝或肱动脉压测定诊断。治疗前经胰岛素替代使全天血糖保持稳定。在此基础上,给盐酸丁咯地尔200mg加入0.9%NS250ml静滴每日一次,14天为一疗程,连用两个疗程。治疗前后记录临床表现和血糖、血液流变学和下肢多普勒等检查结果。结果治疗后病人感下肢麻木冷沉、间歇跛行,疼痛有效率为89.9%、84.4%、75.6%,血流变指标显著下降(P<0.05),足背动脉血流量增加,踝或肢动脉比值明显升高(P<0.05)。结论丁洛地尔能有效改善糖尿病下肢血管病变临床症状和血液动力学。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeatic effects on Buflomedil Hydroch lorde in patients with 2-diabetes mellitus on vascular complications .Methods In a total of 48 diabetes mellitus patients by color Doppler ultrasonography in the artery and blood pressure at ankle and the upper arm had vascular complications in the legs. FBS in the whole day has kept balance by Substiution for R. All the patients were treated with Buflomedil Hydrochloryde (200mg+0.9%Ns 250ml once a day, four weeks ). The relationship of the biochemistry in dex was observed before and after treatment in the groups.Results After treaed, the patients have effective with numbness,stiffness,pain and cripple respectively 89.8%?84.4%?75.6%.Conclusion Buflomedil Hy drochloride is now an ideal drug in the treatment of vascular complications of the diabeyes mellitus.
