目的探讨经产妇剖宫产手术率上升的原因。方法回顾总结分析580例经产妇剖宫产的临床资料。结果580例剖宫产占同期本院经产妇总数的59%,占同期剖宫产总数的19.5%,剖宫产率与孕周的大小,距前次分娩时间呈正相关。手术指征分布以临产前居多,占67.5%,而临产后占32.5%,说明大部分病例没有经过试产。剖宫产上升的原因:经产妇年龄较大,距前次分娩时间长,临床医生过分依赖B超诊断,不愿试产担风险,社会因素比例愈来愈大。结论合理掌握剖宫产指征,减少社会干预,避免各种暗示及误导,开展无痛分娩,鼓励产妇经阴道分娩,同时可节约费用。

Objective To explore the causes that the rate of cesarean section was increasing in the multipart. Methods The finical information of 580 multiparas were analyzed. Results Cesarean section cases of multiparas account for 59% of all multiparas ,19.5% of all cesarean section cases in the same time. The rate of cesarean section was directly proportional to the pregnant . age and the time away last delivery. Distribution of the operative indication was prominent before entering delivery processes. account for 67.5%. but 32.5% after entering delivery processes , which indicated most maternities didn't tried + deliver The causes of increasing cesarean section were that age of multipart was older, and the time was longer away preceding delivery, obstetrician rely on alfrasonography overly and would not took the danger of trying childbirth. The choice of delivery methods was influenced by the social factor more and more .Conclusion The obstetricians should master the indications of cesareans section strictly, decrease social interference, avoid various intimating and misleading, and develop painless childbirth, encourage and support the maternity to deliver by the vagina.
