摘要
目的为了减轻人工流产时孕妇的痛苦,预防人工流产并发症的发生。方法设实验组(术前用药)与对照组。实验组术前静推麻醉药,两组术前均禁食,均注意观察术前、术后血压、心率以及术中、术后体征。结果实验组孕妇术中呈睡眠状态,无痛苦,无1例发生人工流产综合征,术前术中心率血压无明显变化,而对照组术中疼痛,心率明显低于术前心率,两者差异显著,P<0.05,对照组术后心率恢复慢。结论方法简便、安全,能有效减轻孕妇人工流产时的痛苦,预防人工流产并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the function of using to release the pain and prevent the complications of induced abortion . Methods Patients have been divided into 2 groups. The experimental group treated with drugs before operation. Results The patients of experimental group sleeping during the operation, and without any pain. The heart rate or blood pressure hadn't obvious change. The patients in the control group suffered more pain, and the heart rate decreased after operation and recovered slowly . Conclusion Use the drugs before induced abortion is a simple and safe to release the pain and prevent the complications.
