医用生物蛋白胶在体外循环手术中的应用

The Use of Medical Fibringlue in Extracorporeal Circulation Operation

目的观察体外循环手术中应用生物蛋白胶的止血效果。方法对同期体外循环手术分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察术后引流量。结果观察组和对照组相比,术后引流量明显减少。结论医用生物蛋白胶可明显减少体外循环手术后的引流量,止血效果确定。

Objective To observe the hemostasis effect of medical fibringlue in extracorporeal circulation operation.Methods The patients in the same time are divided into two groups. One is medical fibringlue group. The other is control group. The quantity of drain is observed after operation. Results Compared with control group, the quantity of drain in medical fibringlue group reduced greatly.Conclusion Medical fibringlue can effectively reduce drain after extracorporeal circulation operation.
