家属陪伴对分娩影响的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of the Effects of Relatives Accompany on Delivery

目的探讨产妇由亲属陪伴分娩对提高产时保健质量的效果。方法初产妇700例,随机分为观察组86例,对照组614例。观察组分娩有亲属陪伴,对照组分娩无亲属伴。初产妇86例分娩时有家属陪伴,与同期进入活跃期无家属陪伴的初产妇614例进行分析比较。结果观察组剖宫产率为8.7%,对照组为20.8%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组总产程缩短。结论由亲属陪伴孕妇分娩阴道助产率及剖宫产率下降,新生儿情况也有改善,是提高产时保健的有效措施。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect on relative accompany for pregnants and newborns in the delivery. Methods 700 pregnants were randomly divided into observe group(86 cases) and control group86 cases of pregnants receiving relative accompany when delivery as observe group, but other 614 cases without any accompany. Results In observe group ,caesarean rate is 8.7%, is lower than control group( 20.8%) obviously. (P<0.05),and the whole process was shorter than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Relative accompany can decrease the rate of vaginal delivery and caesarean , the pregnants and newborns can benefit from it obviously.
