摘要
某综合楼工程建成未及一年就出现了严重的墙体开裂,各质量责任主体在事故责任和赔偿问题上争执不下,影响到事故的及时补救处理。经工程质检机构对事故工程进行检测鉴定,确认该事故是一起设计质量事故。
Serious walling cracking occurs in a complex building finished only about 1 year. In order to find the responsible for the solution of disputes and timely disposal, the quality test institutions conducted a series of tests and determined the accident as an design quality accident.
