临床药疗信息的统计分析及在SARS病种中的应用

Statistical Analysis on Clinical Drug Information and Application in SARS

目的 以SARS病种为例,总结临床药品使用、消耗的基本情况,探索其药物治疗规律和用药特点。方法运用医院药品信息利用的数据仓库技术,对小汤山医院680例SARS患者的临床药物进行统计信息分析。结果①680例SARS患者用药品种广,共23大类320个药品品种。②甲强龙注射液等7种药品构成了SARS的基本治疗用药品种。③药品费用与药品单价高有直接关系,年龄越大药品消耗费用比例越高。④SARS药物利用指数DUI普遍偏大。结论SARS患者用药品种多、剂量大、费用高。在应急条件下,治疗SARS药物有一定滥用现象。对分析其它病种的药疗信息具有一定指导意义。

Objective To analyze and sum up utilization and charges of drug for SARS, and probe law of treat and characteristics of usage. Methods Information utilization of drug used in the treatment of SARS in Xiaotangsan Hospital was collected and analyzed. Results 680 SARS patients had a wide range of drug use but show a tread of concentration .The highest drug charges were bio-drugs for their high unit price. The older the patients were, the higher proportion of the drug consumed was. The index of drug use on SARS was generally higher than 1. Conclusion Drug used in treatment of SARS in Xiaotangsan Hospital covered a wide range, and the used drugs were expensive in charge and high in dose generally.
