摘要
通过设定不同碾精时间,对25个粳稻品种的糙米进行胚残存率分析。研究表明:在相同碾精时间下不同品种的胚残存率差异和同一品种在不同碾精时间下的胚残存率差异均达极显著水平;碾精时间从30s增加到80s,胚残存率变异系数变幅为40 9%～107 8%;胚残存率与碾精时间呈极显著负相关。
The embryo surviving rate of 25 Japonica rice were analyzed in different milling condition.The results showed that both of the different embryo surviving rates of different varieties in the same milling time and the same variety in different milling time was highly significant difference.The c.v % of embryo surviving rate range was 40.9 %-107.8 % while the milling time increased from 30-80 s.There was significantly negative relationship between embryo surviving rate and milling time.
