摘要
用0 1%秋水仙素溶液连续两次处理野生百合试管苗,具有明显的效果。诱导苗在叶长、叶厚、叶宽、叶色等外部形态上与未处理苗相比具有明显差异,其叶表内的保卫细胞、纵横径明显增大,与对照相比差异显著。
The test-tube plant of wild Lily was treated with 0.1 % colchicine for two-times. The results showed that continuous two-times treatment of 0.1 % colchicine had the significant effects on the leaf length,the leaf thickness,the leaf width and the leaf color of the test-tube plant of wild Lily.The straight diameter and the across diameter of fence cell in leaf became clearly big. The significant difference between treatment and control was observed.
