摘要
从承包商的角度,对施工项目管理存在的问题及对策进行了介绍,阐述了把成本核算与奖罚有机地结合起来,促使工程项目成本降低,保障工程项目实现最大利润。
From the contractor’s viewpoints the problems existed in construction project management as well as countermeasures are introduced. Author points out cost accounting should be combined with rewards and punishment to reduce engineering cost and ensure maximum profits.
