摘要
聚合三氯化铁(PFC)是一种优质高效的无机高分子絮凝剂,在水处理领域有良好的应用前景,但稳定性较差。对提高聚合三氯化铁稳定性的方法及在焦化废水处理中的应用进行了研究。其结果认为:选用磷酸二氢铵做稳定剂,能使产品的稳定期达1a以上;所得产品能有效去除焦化废水中COD,降低SS、脱色、除臭、去除水中有害的重金属离子,在性能、价格和环保等方面,与聚合氯化铝等铝系絮凝剂相比,具有很好的发展前景和市场潜力。
Polyferric chloride(PFC) is a kind of high-efficiency inorganic flocculant and has good prospect in water treatment.But its stability is lower.The ways for improving the stability of polyferric chloride and its application of wastewater treatment in coke plant are studied.The results show that choosing the ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as a stabilizer,the stabilizing period of the product can reach over one year.The product obtained can remove effectively the COD in the wastewater,decrease the SS,take off the color,remove the odor and the harmful heavy metals in the water.In the aspects of performance,price and environmental protection,it has good development prospect and market potentiality compared with the polyaluminum chloride flocculant.
