服务质量是衡量生殖健康服务的重要指标,它包括6个要素。提高生殖健康服务质量,必须改变传统观念和服务的内容、方式。中国在实施妇幼卫生合作项目中,始终重视妇幼卫生人员的岗位培训,把降低“两率”的适宜技术、人际交流与咨询技巧、社区卫生和监督指导等作为培训的主要内容,并引进了参与式教学方法,建立了各级师资队伍,编写了高质量的教材,制作了辅助教具,同时建立了内部监督指导和外部审评机制,从而显著提高了基层的生殖健康服务能力,促进了医学教育改革。这是中国妇幼卫生合作项目成功实施的重要标志。

Service quality is important index used for judging reproductive health service. It contains 6 essential factors. The traditional ideas and contents and ways of service must be changed in order to improve the quality of reproductive health sevice. The posts trainning for the staff of MCH has been always attached importance in China. The suitable technology of reducing 'two rates',the skill of communication and communttee health care,supervising and consultation were regarded as the main contents of the trainning. The 'associate teaching way' have been introduced. The contingents of teacher in defferent levels have been estiblished. The high quality teaching material and supplementary teaching aid have been compiled. At the same time,the internal supervission and external evaluation system have been built up. So the capability of reproductive health service in basic levels have been greatly raised.It is a important work for successful earring out the cooperative project of MCH in China.
