摘要
研究了茶籽在不同培育载体、培育温度和培育时间条件下的生长状况,以及不同的酶反应温度、反应时间和反应pH对茶氨酸合成酶活力检测的影响。结果表明,茶籽培育的最佳载体为沙子,温度为20℃,时间为2周。通过测定酶活力可知,茶氨酸合成酶最佳的反应温度为35℃,作用时间为40min,pH为7 5。
In this paper, the growth of tea seeds under different culture carriers,cultivating temperatures and time were studied,and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and pH value on theanine synthetase activity were also discussed.The results suggested that the optimal culture carrier,cultivating temperature and time were sand,20℃ and two weeks,respectively.Through assay of theanine synthetase activity,the optimal reaction temperature,time and pH were 35℃,40 min and 7.5,respectively.
