摘要 研究了毛竹的微纤丝角变化规律以及竹片强、刚度与纤维含量间的关系,并应用混合定律测定了纤维股和基本组织的强、刚度。结果表明,微纤丝角径向自内向外略有减小,纤维股面积比径向自内向外逐渐增大;从毛竹壁上沿径向分片切取的竹片强、刚度与其纤维含量成正比,关系为σ= 571 72νf+0 1689,E=40 428νf-0 5438;毛竹纤维股的抗拉强度σf为562 5386MPa、弹性模量Ef为39 2047GPa。 Microstructure characteristics,mechanical properties of Moso bamboo and their relationships were studied in the paper.The result shows that:(1)Micro-fibril angle increases gradually from the center to the edge in radial direction,and the surface area percentage of its fiber band has the same variability;(2)The tensile modulus of elasticity and anti-tensile stiffness of bamboo (divided in to six pieces in radial direction ) increase as the surface area percentage of its fiber band becomes larger, the equation shows the relationship as σ=571.72v_f+0.1689,E=40.428v_f-0.5438;(3)The anti-tensile stiffness of Moso bamboo fiber band are σ=562.5386 MPa,E_f=39.2047 GPa respectively.
