摘要 为制得在盐溶液中吸水倍率尽可能高,吸水后凝胶强度、分散性、表面干爽性、弹性等性能均好的高吸水树脂,在对丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺共聚合影响因素考察的基础上,运用正交设计法,用正交表L18(37)安排实验,分别找出了影响常压和加压下吸水率的诸因素的排列次序和各自的最佳条件.并在综合分析的基础上,得到了制备符合上述要求的高吸水树脂的制备条件,制得的高吸水树脂常压下吸水率为60g/g,与日本三洋公司样品接近,加压下的吸水率为18g/g,比其高70%. For the sake of preparing a super absorbent resin possessing relatively higher water absorbency in physiological saline solutions and the properties such as hydrogel strength, dispersing, dry and crispy on the hyogel surface and resilience after being swollen, orthogonal design is employed to arrange experiments according to orthogonal layout L18(37) by investigating each factor that influences the copolymerizaion of acrylic acid and acrylamide. Therefore, the orders of effectiveness of every factor which affects gained water absorbrncy at atmosphere pressure and under load in physiological saline solution are found out and their optimal conditions are determined. Moreover, based on a comprehensive analysis of the results of experiments, optimal conditions for preparing a superabsorbent resin that possess the above properties are determined. The resulting product possesses water absorbency of 60 g/g at atmosphere pressure, almost equal to the product made by the Japanese Sanyo Co. and 18 g/g under load, 70 percent higher than that of Sanyo Co.
