Design and implementation of the digital document management systems

摘要 分析了目前数字文档管理系统(DDMS)所存在的问题,并讨论了DDMS如何为用户提供认知帮助以提高知识检索的质量和效率.第一类帮助是使用户能够进行基于语义的知识检索.第二类帮助是按照各种计算模型对内容相近的学术文档进行排序,从而使用户尽快发现有价值的文档.通过原型系统对所提出的理论、算法和模型给出了实验验证. The problems in the applications of digital document management systems (DDMS) were investigated. Then how to provide the cognition support for users to improve the quality and efficiency of knowledge retrieval was discussed. The first kind of help is letting users retrieve knowledge semantically. The second kind of help is ranking the research papers with similar contents based on various proposed computing models in order to help finding the valuable papers quickly and easily. The proposed theory, algorithms and models were verified by a prototype of DDMS.
