摘要
工程结构中复合材料层合板的几何参数往往具有随机性质。如何研究随机参数层合板的灵敏度,并对参数进行优化分析,对正确估计结构设计的可靠性有着非常重要的意义。用样条有限元法,导出了层合板的振动方程,建立了求解反对称层合板响应灵敏度的计算公式。在基于灵敏度分析的基础上,进行了复合材料层合板的基频分析和优化设计,并用网格法计算出最佳铺层角,数值算例验证了该算法的有效性。
The geometric parameters of composite material laminated plates are usually random due to the effect of various indeterminate factors in engineering structure.The study of the sensitivity of random parameter laminated plates and the analysis of its optimum design of parameters play an important role in the accurate estimation of the reliability of construction design.The vibration equation of laminated plates and the calculation formula of responding sensitivity of antisymmetric laminated plates by using spline finite element method are presented.Based on sensitivity analysis,the analysis of element frequency and design optimization of composite laminated plates are given.It uses the mesh law to calculate the best angle of arranging lamination.The calculation examples prove the validity of the calculating ways introduced.
