摘要
为了进一步摸索审稿工作的规律 ,建立了一套审稿质量评价指标体系 ,以便跟踪审稿情况 ,从而及时调整审稿工作 ,保证和提高期刊的审稿质量。利用这一体系对《湘潭大学学报》2 0 0 2— 2 0 0 3年所刊载的 2 3 4篇论文的审稿质量进行了评价 ,结果表明 :所建立的审稿质量评价指标和权重基本合理、可行 ,能客观、全面地反映审稿专家的审稿质量 ;同时 ,能增强审稿人的责任意识 ,减少审稿失误。
An evaluation system has been first established in order to track status of peer review quality on time, then take powerful steps and quickly adjust the review work, to ensure and improve the review quality. The review quality of 234 papers published in Journal of Xiangtan University in 2002 and 2003 was evaluated with this system. The results show that the evaluation indicators established for the review quality are reasonable and feasible. These indicators can basically reflect the review quality of reviewers with comprehensiveness and impersonality, furthermore strengthen responsible consciousness and decrease mistakes.
