Design of Multi-Resolution Remote Sensing Image Data Based on Oracle

简要介绍了Oracle提供的Oracle Spatial和Oracle interMedia两个选件的特性,详细阐述了基于对象—关系模型的多分辨率遥感影像数据的组织和管理,并设计和建立了多分辨率遥感影像数据库的原型,采用了地形瓦片和影像金字塔的快速索引结构.实验表明该设计正确有效,能够平稳快速地实现多分辨率遥感影像的快调度显示。

This paper introduces the characteristics of Orcale Spatial & Intermedia, and gives a detailed description of organization and management of multi-resolution remote sensing image based on Object-Relation Model. The Prototype of multi-resolution remote sensing images database is designed and established based on Oracle. The database adopts tile and image pyramid structure with high-speed index. Experiments proves that the design is effective and feasible, in which multi-resolution remote sensing images is displayed fleetly and smoothly.
