摘要  研究了高强钢T型接头焊缝多次补焊工艺及经过多次补焊后接头材质的变化规律和多次补焊对疲劳性能的影响,对高强钢进行了疲劳实验,并推出了疲劳寿命公式.根据Nishida公式计算出每次补焊后焊址的应力集中系数及其与补焊次数的关系,为船检局修改规范,对平台进行多次补焊提供了实验依据. The effects of multiple repairing weld on the stress concentration and the fatigue property of high strength steel weld joints used in platform have been investigated. Through the fatigue tests on high strength welded joint samples, the life estimating formula is obtained. After each time of repairing weld, the stress concentration factors of weld toe change because of the changes of toe angles induced by outward-move of toe. Based on Nishida formula the stress concentration factors of weld toe is calculated. The relation of the stress concentration factors between the times of multi-as-welded is found. By comparison and analysis tests' results of each time, the prolonged the platform's life and the reduce of the times of repairing weld has been examined. The work in this paper offers an important basis for platforms multiple repairing weld.
