大城市突发事件管理:对京沪穗邕应急模式的分析

加强突发事件管理,构筑系统的应急管理机制,对于转型期的中国大城市是一项特别紧迫而又艰巨的任务。本文对北京、上海、广州、南宁等四个具有代表性的城市应急管理模式进行了实证分析,对其进一步发展提出了对策建议。

It is an very important and urgent task for municipalities to tighten up crisis management and build up urgent reaction system at the transition time in China. This paper describes the urgent reaction modes of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanning, which represents the level of crisis management in China, and puts forward suggestions for further development.
