短期光疗配合中药治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床观察

Clinical observation of luminous therapy of short term cooperated with Chinese traditional medicine in neonatal pathologic jaundice

目的观察短期光疗配合中药治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法64例确诊为病理性黄疸的患儿随机分为两组,观察组32例,给予短期光疗(蓝光照射8小时,停16小时,累积光疗时间不超过16小时),同时予口服中药(茵陈蒿汤加减)3～4剂,每日1剂,分次温服;对照组32例,予间歇光疗(蓝光照射8小时,停16小时,累积光疗时间不超过72小时),两组同时针对病因进行治疗。结果观察组痊愈率高于对照组,治疗前后总胆红素下降水平高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论短期光疗配合中药治疗新生儿病理性黄疸疗效显著,为纯母乳喂养提供方便,并能避免长时间光疗对机体造成的潜在危害,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of blue light irra di ation of short term cooperated with chinese traditional medicine in neonatal pat hologic jaundice.Methods:64cases were divided into two groups randomly,with32ca ses in each group.Besides treatment of pathogeny in two groups,the observation group was treated with blue light irra diation of short term and chinese traditional medicine,and the control group wa s treated with blue light irradiation of intermittence.Results:The recovery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the decr ease value of total bilirubin in observation group was also higher than that in t he control group before and after treatment,the difference was significant betw een two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blue light irradiation of short term coopera ted with chinese traditional medicine is effective in treating neonatal patholog ic jaundice,which can provide convenient for breast feeding and avoid latent ha rm fromlong term blue light irradiation,and is worth to be extended in clinic.
