阿托伐他汀治疗血脂异常180例疗效观察 被引量：1

Observation of the curative effect of atorvastatin in 180 cases of blood－ lipid abnormality

摘要 目的观察阿托伐他汀治疗血脂异常患者调脂强度及不良反应。方法对180例血脂异常患者随机分为两组即服阿托伐他汀组(10mg每日1次)和服辛他汀组(10mg每晚1次),8周后复查血脂,用t检验和x2检验行统计学处理。结果两组治疗前后组内比较,TC、TG、LDL-C差异均有显著性(P<0.05),HDL-C差异无显著性(P>0.05)。组间比较TC、LDL-C差异有显著性(P<0.05),TG、HDL-C差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀治疗血脂异常调脂作用确切,是进行冠心病一、二级预防的理想调脂药。
