活血化瘀药物治疗外伤性前房出血的探讨

Clinical observation on huoxue huayu daunomycin in the treatment of traumatic hyphema

目的:观察活血化瘀药物治疗外伤性前房出血的临床疗效。方法:将136例外伤性前房出血患者回顾分析并分两组进行对照治疗,对照组用单纯西医治疗,治疗组用西医治疗并活血化瘀药物治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.8% ,对照组为87.0% ,两组比较差异有显著性,P<0.05。活血化瘀药物有迅速止血,改善血循环,促进毛细血管代谢功能的恢复,减少并发症,迅速恢复视力很有功效。结论:活血化瘀药物可能成为治疗3。

Objective:To explore the role of huoxue huayu daunomycin used in the treadment of traumatic hyphema.Methods:136cases patients suffering fromtraumatic hyphema were analysed and divided into two groups,87cases of the treated groups were treated with the method of integratien acfivating blood cireualtion to remove blood stasis daunomycin and the othe49cases treato with western medicine alone for conˉtrol.Results:The total effective rate of the treated group was96.8%,while that of the control group was87.0%.The difference beaween the two groups was obvious(P<0.05).The daunomycin is most powerful of speeding up hemorrhage,improveding cireulalory,facilitateding recovery of capillary metabolism.Shrinkage complications,restoring visual acuities fast.Conclusion:The daunomycin may possibly become and ideal cure for traumatic hyphema of3rd～4th grde.
