摘要 夹层枪的压扁现象在复合射孔施工作业中会时有发生,压扁程度严重时导致卡枪等事故。从力学理论出发,分析了夹层枪塑性变形和屈曲失稳的理论条件,指出了影响夹层枪压扁的因素,为复合射孔的夹层枪安全作业提供了一个有效的理论依据和处理方法,实际应用中取得了良好效果。 During a fracture perforating operation, there are some events of spacer gun flexion. The e-vents would result in the accidents of jamming guns if the spacer gun flexion were serious. According to the mechanics theory, the plastic yield and buckling condition of spacer gun are analyzed in this paper , and some key buckling factors influencing on the spacer gun are found. Then an effective theoretic method has come into being about buckling control during fracture perforating operations, and is also tested in application.
