摘要
介绍一种复合射孔器模拟试验装置和动态压力测试方法,可对复合射孔器射孔单元组成模拟枪体,在相配套的模拟试验装置内进行试验。根据采集的数据,对射孔弹及火药爆燃后产生的冲击波和爆燃气体在相同边界条件下的动态压力变化过程进行分析,为探索复合射孔爆燃规律、装药结构的研究以及新产品开发提供相关参数和效果分析。
Introduced are a simulating device of fracture perforators and a dynamic pressure testing method. Some simulation body composed of combined perforator units can be tested in the simulation device. Based on test data, the charge impulse wave and dynamic combined pressure of high-energy gas have been analyzed under the boundary condition. These test data provide some relative parameters and result analyses for researching fracture perforating deflagration law, perforator constructions and developing new perforating products.
