摘要
介绍了不确定性推理技术中几种主要方法,并分析了各种方法的优缺点。根据目前医学诊断中存在的问题及不同医学诊断的各自特点,设计了基于模糊逻辑的计算机辅助医学诊断系统,主要介绍了其中采用的动态模糊逻辑和加权模糊逻辑相结合的方法。该方法不仅能够帮助医生初步确诊疾病,而且能够分析出引起某种疾病变化的主要原因,从而帮助医生提高业务水平,提高其诊断的速度,减少误诊率。
Some kinds of main methods of uncertainty reasoning technology are introduced.According to the problems of medical diagnosis at present and the features of different medical diagnosis,design the computer assistance medical diagnosis system based on fuzzy logic.The method of the combination of dynamic fuzzy logic and weighted fuzzy logic is mainly introduced.It can not only help doctor to diagnose elementarily disease,and analyse primary reason of brought change of disease,but also advance the level of his profession,and improve the rate of the diagnosis,and decrease the probability of the error diagnosis.
