摘要
资本账户的开放给一国经济发展带来许多潜在的收益,但也会导致巨大的风险,我国在经济发展中也面临这一问题。通过合理的政策安排尽可能地避免风险获取收益是我国的现实选择。
Capital account liberalization brings about not only potential benefits but also great risks to the economic development of a country. The same is true of China. In this sense, it is rational for us to evade the risks concerned and acquire great benefits by implementing proper policies.
