随着我国资产管理公司不良资产处置速度的加快和暂定10年存续期限的临近,其未来发展问题日益突出。从当前实际出发,对我国资产管理公司实行股份制改造、建立健全科学的业绩考核体系、注重员工的培养和激励、改善运行环境是可行的战略选择。
As Assets Management Companies accelerate their steps in minimizing nonperforming assets and the interim 10-year existence term draws near, their future development orientation is attracting more and more attention. On the basis of this consideration, the feasible strategies for them to adopt may be as follows:taking into account the realities, reorganizing them into joint-stock companies, establishing and perfecting a scientific achievements-checking system, exerting great efforts to the cultivation and encouragement of staff members, improving the operation environment, etc.
