摘要
为了揭示纤维在梳理过程中的运动规律,本文提出了新的示踪纤维实验方法;用此方法实验观察研究了绢纺直型精梳制绵新工艺中罗拉梳理机自由梳理点处工作罗拉—锡林、工作罗拉—剥绵罗拉、剥绵罗拉—锡林各工作区纤维运动过程,得到了各工作区纤维运动形态变化的基本规律。
The mechanism of nep forming or fiber motion in roller carding process was investigated. A new method of tracer fiber technique was designed, in which the heading and tailing ends of fibre tufts were dyed with different colours so that they were inspected in a directional or vector field while feedig into the card. By this method, the fiber motion in worker and stripper working area on a card was observed and photographed. It was discovered that, when fibers were gripped by the teeth of worker, besides carding action of separating fibers, fiber bending, fiber turning, fibre rubbing and two kinds of friction area were unevitably emerged. Fiber bending and especially rubbing are main sources of nep; formation in roller carding process.
