摘要
在无替换定时截尾样本下,利用经验Bayes方法和极大似然法研究具有冷贮备部件串联系统(简称冷贮备串联系统)可靠性指标的近似置信限,给出部件失效率、系统可靠度和平均寿命近似置信限的计算公式。最后给出随机模拟例子并讨论置信限的精度。
Based on fixed time censored sample, the approximate confidence limits of the reliability performances for cold standby series system are studied by using EB and MLE approaches. The formulae to calculate EB approximate confidence limits of the failure rate ,the reliability function and average life are given. In the end, an illustrative example is examined numerically by means of the Monte-Carlo simulation and the accuracy of confidence limits is discussed.
