摘要
取某氯碱厂正常回流的活性污泥对余氯及五种有机氯化物进行急性生物毒性试验。本研究限于单种毒物,采用对照试验的方法,在小型活性污泥曝气桶中完成。通过检测对照桶和试验桶中化学需氧量(COD)、生化需氧量(BOD_5)的变化结合镜检结果,得出余氯及五种有机氯化物对活性污泥的最高允许浓度。
The acute biological toxicity of residual chlorine and five organic chlorides against normal backflow activated sludge in a CHLOR-ALKALI factory was examined. Experiments for single toxicants were conducted in small aeration bucket with respect to blank test. According to the variations of COD, BOD5, combined with the microscopic observation in experiment and blank buckets, the maximum allowable concentrations of residual chlorine and five organic chlorides to activated sludge were obtained.
