社会支持对晚期癌症家居宁养患者生活质量的影响

Influence of social support to QOL of advanced cancer patients in domestic hospice

目的 探讨晚期癌症家居宁养患者所得到的社会支持和生活质量的相关性,以寻找提高其生活质量的护理对策。方法 将宁养院1 0 0例晚期癌症患者随机分为2组,对患者所获得的社会支持、生活质量进行问卷调查。结果 实验组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组(P <0 .0 1 ) ,患者的生活质量与其得到的社会支持呈正相关。结论 在家居宁养服务中,通过医护人员的努力,能帮助患者及家人得到更多的社会支持,可以有效地提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the relationship between social support obtained by advanced cancer patients in domestic hospice and their quality of life(QOL), and to find nursing strategy which can improve the QOL. Methods 100 advanced cancer patients in hospice were divided into two groups at random, then they were examined with questionnaires about their QOL as well as social support they gained. Results QOL of trial members were obviously higher than those in control group, moreover, there were positive relationships between patients′ QOL and social support they obtained. Conclusion Owing to hard work of doctors and nurses during domestic hospice service, advanced cancer patients can gain more social support, meanwhile, their QOL increase effectively.
