摘要
涤纶仿真丝绉类织物的绉丝通常是对长丝加强捻经热定型获得。目前国外已采用加强捻、热定型、假捻三合一新工艺。本文通过选用两种加工工艺获得绉丝,然后进行织造、后整理,并对三种双绉织物(包括02真丝双绉)的起绉效果、光感、形感、透气性及力学性能等进行测试对比,结果表明,一步法涤纶弹力型绉丝织物起绉效果好,光泽柔和,手感膨松丰满、柔软,有关力学性能与02真丝双绉比较接近。
PET crepe for making silk-like fabric can be obtained by high-twist and heat setting. Recently, new technology, that is high-twist, heat-setting and false-twist in one process has been applied abroad. This paper selects two kinds of technology for making crepe, weaving and finishing, then creping effect, light feeling, shape feeling, air permeability and mechanical propertise have been measured and compared for three kinds of crepe fabric (including silk fabric). The results show that the fabric made of PET stretch crepe possesses light softness, better craping effect and bulkiness, the machanipal properties are close to that of silk crepe.
