By means of measuring skilled curve, the paper analyzes the characteristics of skilled ratio of clothing production and presents the methods of utilizing the skilled curve to amount production time of one order. Because the set-up cost of small lot production is very high, the order size of a style should be arranged in one production line, if the delivery is satisfied.
