摘要
本文采用等离子体处理,对涤纶纤维表面进行改性,以提高纤维的浸润性和粘结性。文中运用接触角测量反映纤维经处理后的表面能变化,并用独特设计的制样和测试方法探讨涤纶处理前后的粘结效果。实验结果表明,该测试方法简便可行且定量准确,能较好地反映纤维的粘结效果。涤纶纤维经等离子体处理后,其粘结性能有较大的提高。
In this paper, the plasma treatment was used to modify the surface of PET fibres and increase the wettability and adhesivity of the fibres. The change of surface free energy after plasma treatment was detected by contact angle measuring method. And the adhesive effect before and after treatment was essessed by a special method of sample preparation and measurement. The experimental results show that this method is simple, practical and accurate and can quantitatively reflect the adhesive strength of fibres, and that the adhesion of PET fibres has a gr,eat increase after plasma treatment.
