摘要
本文用矩阵法分析了剑杆织机系统结构尺寸误差对打纬和剑头引纬运动的影响,建立了打纬和剑头运动两者的误差与系统各结构参数误差之间关系的矩阵方程。以1511普及型剑杆织机为实例进行了分析计算,得到了较满意的结果。本文所述及的方法具有一般性。
In this paper, a matrix method is used to analyze the kinematic influence of structural-errors on the motion of beat-up and weft insertion system of a rapier loom.Here are given the matrix equations for the relationship between the errors of beat-up motion as well as rapier head motion and the errors of structure parameters.A popularized rapier loom reconstructed from 1511 type loom is used as an example for illustration, with satisfactory result to show the usefulness of this method of analysis.
