高温高压三维物理模拟装置测控系统设计与开发 被引量:1

摘要 本文主要介绍了高温高压复杂驱动体系三维物理模拟装置测控系统的结构设计和开发方法。重点分析了基于GPIB-VXI总线接口的H P数据采集系统组成及控制方式;基于RS232串行接口的仪器硬件及远程通信接口改造。最后,给出了测控系统软件体系框架及实现的主要功能。实际运行表明,该系统测量精确,控制灵活,集成度和可靠性高。 The measurement and control system of 3D high-temperature& high-pressure complicated replacing physical simulator is introduced, which includes structural design and developmental mode. Both the components and control method of HP data acquisition system based on GPIB-VXI bus interface, and the hardware and remote communication interface reconstruct based on RS232 serial port communication are mainly analyzed in this paper. System frame and main function of software for measurement & control system is also presented in the last section. In real operation,it has displayed excellent performances, e.g. accurate measurement,flexible control,high integration and reliability.
