摘要
本文采用低刚度小阻尼弹性支承理论和刚体动力学理论建立了新型锭子——低刚度小阻尼三弹性滑动轴承支承纺纱锭子的力学模型和运动微分方程;由运动微分方程导出了锭子临界转速的计算公式及二临界转速的估算公式;在不同参数下实际计算了锭子的临界转速值,并分析了参数的变化对锭子临界转速的影响;得出了一些有用的结论。
This paper established the mechanics model and the motion differential equation of a new type of textile spindle-low stiffness & small damp tri-flexible journal bearing supporting textile spindle by theory of low stiffness & small damp flexible support of rotor dynamics and theory of rigid body dynamics. Then critical angular velocity formula of the spindle and its estimating formula were obtained from the motion differential eqaution. Finally critical angular velocity of the spindle was calculated practically in different parameters, and effect of parameter varying on critical angular velocity of the spindle was analysed. Some useful conclusions were reached.
