摘要
自1984年以来,我国许多棉纺织厂及科研单位引进了数百头DREF-Ⅱ型或-Ⅲ型摩擦纺纱机。该机型采用变频调速技术对喂入辊、输出辊及纺纱剌辊进行无级调速。据了解,目前我国各地厂家该机型的许多故障均为变频板引起,致使相当数量的机台不能正常生产,发挥应有的作用和效益。本文对DREF摩擦纺纱机变频板原理进行了分析,并介绍了调试维修该变频板的主要步骤及要点。本文可供各地DREF摩擦纺纱机引进厂家参考,在消化、吸收引进设备的先进技术方面有积极的现实意义。
In this paper, a theoretical analysis was given to the FC board of DREF friction spinning machine, the main steps and the key points to adjust and repair the damaged FC boards were introduced. It may be a reference for the engineers of those textile factories in which DREF friction spinning machines had been installed and also have a positive realistic significance in the aspect of digesting and taking in the advanced technology of foreign equipments.
