摘要
产品市场寿命周期阶段确定对企业市场营销决策和生产计划制订具有重要意义,但以往产品市场寿命周期分析多限于定性分析。本文建立了产品市场寿命周期定量分析曲线模型,论述了曲线建模原理及其阶段划分的定量分析方法,给出了计算机程序设计原理基础,能使企业及时确定出产品市场销售所处的阶段,将产品市场寿命周期定量分析和定性分析结合起来,为企业生产经营决策提供科学依据。
It's important to define the product life cycle stages for marketing decision and production plan.Formerly product life cycle study is confined to qualitative analysis. This artical presents curve model of quantitative analysis for product life cycle. It discusses the theory of model-building and quantitative analysis method of defining the product life cycle stages. Furthermore, the flowchart can promote firm to define product life cycle stages, it connects qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis for product life cycle study, and provides scientific basis for production and marketing decision.
