国防科技工业固定资产投资对装备价格的影响及对策

Study on the Countermeasures and Effect on the Equipment Price of Capital Asserts Investment of DSTI

装备价格是装备建设发展的关键环节,直接关系到装备经费支出与使用效益,直接关系到军队装备建设.针对20世纪90年代以来装备价格不断上涨的现象,通过对建国以来国防科技工业固定资产投资与折旧的实证研究,剖析了固定资产投资影响装备价格的主要机理,并为解决这个长期困扰装备建设的关键因素提出了若干意见.

Equipment price is the key factor for the equipment construction and development. It is very important to the efficiency and structure of equipment expenditure and military construction. This paper analyses the main mechanism of the capital asserts invest effect on equipment price,and points out some measures to solve the problems that effect the equipment construction long time,based on research of the history of the capital asserts invest mode of the defense science and technology industry(DSTI)and the phenomena of equipment price rising continually from ninety in the twenty century.
